HOW TO SUBMIT ADMISSION FORM OF FAIL SUBJECT /
کسی نے ایڈمشن بھیج دیا ہو اور رزلٹ بعد میں آیا اور اس کا پیپر فیل ہوا تُو اُس فارم کو فیل کرے اور تین ہور کا ایک کوڈ بھیج سکتے ہیں ایک ہفتہ بعد CMS portal پر چالان آئے گا پھر ڈاؤنلوڈ کرکے فیس جمع کرائیں فیل شدہ کوڈ ایڈ ہوگا
If someone has sent the admission and the result came later and his paper failed, you can fill out that form and send a three-credit hour code. After a week, the challan will appear on the CMS portal, then download and submit the fee.
اگر کسی نے داخلہ بھیجا ہے اور نتیجہ بعد میں آیا ہے اور اس کا پیپر فیل ہوگیا ہے تو آپ اس فارم کو پُر کرکے تین-کریڈٹ کوڈ بھیج سکتے ہیں۔ ایک ہفتے کے بعد، چالان CMS پورٹل پر ظاہر ہوگا، پھر ڈاؤن لوڈ کرکے فیس جمع کروائیں۔
How to Fill & Submit AIOU Fail Subject Admission Form
After following all the procedures given below you should fill out your aiou fail subject admission form and submit it.

- Course Code of Fail Subject
- Semester Name
- Subject Name
- Student Name
- Father Name
- Father’s ID Card Number
- Email address
- Active Phone Number
- Form Sending Date
- Student Signature
After filling out your form following all the above procedures send it through the post office to the below address.

How to Generate AIOU Fail Subject Admission Challan Form
After filling and submitting the admission form you have to generate your challan form. If you do not submit your challan form, your admission will not be confirmed. So all the procedures to generate and submit the challan form are given below.
- First of all, log in to the CMS portal with your Gmail ID and password. On the home page of the CMS portal, you will have many options. You have to click on My financial account.
- After clicking on the My financial account box, a new interface will show in front of you. You will see four options, you have to click on the account inquiry button among them. Then you have to click on the charge due button.
- Then click the button to view in PDF. Your challan form will download on pc or mobile.
- Then you have to submit this challan form online or offline as soon as you submit your challan form your admission will be done.
