After two months of submitting the “Application Form,” you can confirm your admission and check the status of his/her admission through this Link “Admission Inquiry” while providing his/her Name, Roll No, Challan No, or Registration No, to the Website. And also confirm/check the book’s status in “Books Inquiry” the book’s dispatch detail.
The AIOU study programs are divided into semesters. Each semester is of six months. The components of each semester are assignments; tutorial meetings; workshops and final examinations. The workshop is a compulsory component of post-graduate programs. For the study period of a specific academic program,
The University has divided its study programs into Semesters each spanning six months. Students study their courses, prepare assignments and also prepare for exams within a semester and after that, they participate in Exams at the end of the semester.

HOW TO GET ADMISSION TO AIOU:
COMPLETE THE PROCEDURE TO ENROLL IN THE AIOU PROGRAMME AND SUBMISSION OF FORM TO AIOU ISLAMABAD
All fresh and continued students can submit their admission using the online system.
Follow these instructions to apply:
APPLY ONLINE (FRESH STUDENTS):
1. Visit the website: https://online.aiou.edu.pk
2. Press the link “Admission for Fresh applicants”. Create your profile by using your email ID, don’t use your mobile number to create your profile. Select your required program, and Upload the required documents. Submit your application
3. After submitting the admission form, print out your “Challan Form”.
4. Using printed challan form submit your fee in any branch of FWBL, ABL, MCB, or UBL.
5. You can also deposit fees through Upaisa, JazzCash & Easypaisa.
6. You will get an Email/Message for confirmation of your admission.
APPLY ONLINE (CONTINUE STUDENTS):
1. Visit the website: https://online.aiou.edu.pk
2. Press the link “Enrollment Form for Continue students”
3. Enter your User ID & Password.
4. Select courses and print the challan form.
5. Using printed challan form submit your fee in any branch of FWBL, UBL, MCB, or ABL. Keep saving a copy of your challan form after submission of the fee. You need not send the challan to the University but University can ask for a copy of the challan form at any time if required.
6. You can also deposit fees through Upaisa, JazzCash & Easypaisa.
